Is there like a website or something that provides data on which players are the meta players for each tier (iron, bronze, silver, etc.)?

I need help figuring out who the best players are in each tier and there isn’t anyone putting videos out on YouTube about this topic. I want to figure out which cards I should be buying in the auction house to build good tournament rosters.

Any help would be much appreciated. I know MLB The Show has a website where you can see how often players are being used and stuff, so I just wanted to know if there is anything like that for OOTP.
