He's the best player in MLB and a 100 rating in OOTP, but you really cant use him at all. I've looked over dozens of Ohtani card stats and never see him performing well, except at the lower levels. I couldn't use him hitting or pitching above Silver level.

He's the best player of our time, he should be rated accordingly!
