Remember you are the manager, not a spectator. As far as strategy each team is different. Know your player's ratings and figure out from there if you should platoon him or not. Decide what type of manager you want to be, but make sure your roster matches. for example, you can't play mall ball if you can't run bunt, etc. Have a team with a couple of favorite players.
