I learned this awhile back and others might like to make use of it too. If you know a user's exact handle, instead of finding a member via the memberlist page here, you can use the following link (just swap out my username for theirs):

EDIT: Notice it uses "username" as the parameter instead of "u", but it is otherwise the same.
