Thankfully if you wish to simply delete that 3rd account that most likely has already happened. Our confirmation code is needed to be entered within 72 hours of the account creation before that account is removed. So that account most likely is already removed from our system. If you'd like to attempt that 3rd account creation again let me know here and i'll try to make sure we can get you the confirmation code in case it isn't being sent correctly.
