yeah, not like the Shiners were a cellar dwelling or even middling .500 club.... just missed 100 wins by 1, so well deserved.
I'm just hoping to avoid the dreaded post season jinx in my first round matchup (Waffletown went 7-0 against their LDS opponent, so fully expecting to be swept in 3

)... going to try and fight my usual pessimistic expectations and hope for an all OL LCS and WS
Syrups had a solid year in 2040 with their first 100 win season in a decade. Oscar Charleston picked up the home run champ bonus with 33 (also led the league in RBIs with 112); and Jackie Robinson had a stellar season, picking up his first batting title (.323 average), also led the league in hits (183), runs scored (110), OBP (.416), OPS (.912) and WAR (7.8); also stole 106 bases (3rd best)
