Per bRef's Bullpen wiki, Johnny Mitchell didn't miss a single time at bat in the minors in 1919 and duplicated the feat again in 1920 until the pennant was won by his club. Or maybe the SABR bio summarizes his career best: "He’d paid his dues along the way and seemed to have a penchant for playing on pennant-winning teams, despite never being a standout on offense."
I avoided the smiling Wikipedia photo and went for the mugshot one instead. I keep trying to nudge the facegen to make it a little more like the photo but I think it is the lack of ears sticking out that is throwing me off.
