Milling Series - Game 5: #4 Rabid Dwarves of Doom (84-78, 1st post season) vs #1WC Kona Pipeline (95-67, 5th post season)
It was a pitching and defensive fans dream deciding game as Kona's Brendan Poole (6.2 innings, 4 hits, no runs) and Rabid's Justin Gable (8 innings, 3 hits, no runs) kept the other's offense off balance all game. The score remained 0-0 after 9 innings of play and the deciding game 5 rolled into extra frames. In the bottom of the 10th, with runners on 1st and 2nd, Rabid right fielder Andy Oliver ripped a fastball down the right field line. Kona right fielder Lorenzo Acosta came up firing but Rabid's George Clifton beat the throw to score the walk-off, series clinching run.
