Lager League - Kolsch Division: Scorched Earth Giant Killer - thanks to the solid pitching of Bobby Antonio (6-1, 1.71 ERA) and David Waite (3-0, 2.08 ERA); and the batting of Jorge Reynoso (13 home runs, 35 RBIs, .275 average), the Giant Killer hold a 3 game lead heading into June.
Lager League - Helles Division: Ballast Point Commodores - using a combination of speed (1st in stolen bases with 50) and defense (3rd in zone rating at +5.3), Ballast Point holds a 5.5 game lead in the division that they have owned for all but one season.
Lager League - Tripel Division: Horsefly Jazzy Razzy - it's all offense for Horsefly, with a 2nd rank in runs scored (229), 3rd in on base percentage (.339), 2nd in home runs (45) and 4th in batting average (.272) which has carried them to a 2.5 game lead in the division.
Stout League - Porter Division: Terrapin Hopsecutioner - familiar for the defending champs, Terrapin holds a 2.5 game lead in the division, thanks to the efforts of the usual suspects like Blake Miller (5-1, 2.33 ERA), and Miguel Ochoa (6 home runs, 21 RBIs, .318 average)
Stout League - Dunkel Division: Four Hands Typhon - looking for a repeat performance, Four Hands holds a 4 game lead heading into June. Right fielder Justin Gulling is off to another hot start at the plate, batting a league-leading .373 so far after two months of play.
Stout League - Eisbock Division: Russian River Blind Pig - with a top notch pitching rotation (1st ranked in runs against, starters ERA, FIP, and pitching WAR), the Blind Pig look to continue their streak of division crowns (2 in a row so far) and playoff appearances (made all 5 post seasons).
Stout League - Altbier Division: Toboggan Lunatic Fridge - the youngsters are making their mark for Toboggan with 25 year old starter Mark Marleau leading the staff (7-1, 1.86 ERA), and 22 year old closer Tyler Jackson (0.77 ERA) providing a solid open/close combo; while Justin Bahr (.341 average) and Ed Bugay (13 home runs, 36 RBIs) are doing their part with the bats.
