I do know that feeder leagues PCM's are directly related to the parent leagues PCM. The only way to have a direct PCM for D1 teams would be to delete all the 18 year olds that are created each season after the draft and add new players team by team. You can adjust the PCM's at the parent league level for each team you add players to. So say you'd like your power 5 teams to have more talent, adjust the PCM's to .950 or so, and fill them up by going to each individual team and adding fictional players. Sort of a PIA, but it works. You may have to trial and error a bit with the PCM number, I've tried this approach with feeder and with a college league as an independent league. The independent leagues will not produce anyone with any potential. The feeders will.
