Things finally are working. I had the helmets incorrectly named with the "g" in the name. That was the only thing I could see that was wrong. I then deleted all the jerseys and helmets in my saved games folders and copied all the original jerseys and folders from the "Opening Day" quickstart graphics. I then copied my custom jerseys and helmets into my saved game folders and deleted all player pics.
