Reminder (especially if you're new/just joining the group):
check your placement settings and make sure it's for "use friends list" and not "random".
If it's still on random, switch to friends, then submit the team.... then log out / back in and make sure the change took (it will still show 'random' if you just switch screens and go back to check without logging out first)
