I recently turned the warm up rule back on for me just to make it a bit more challenging and making me have to think a little bit more. DaBears above made a lot of great points and gave a lot of good suggestions. For me, if i let a pitcher warm up I usually try to use him because that is how it works in real life, managers dont like to keep warming up and sitting guys and then not using them at all, but idk if it matters in ootp or not.
While the AI managers dont use it , i think humans should keep it on as it keeps you sharp and gets you thinking more about the game situation, and your team just like an actual manager does. but everyone should do what they want
