gonna have to stay up a little longer here.... my pre-1950s team has a 2 game lead in their dismal division (leading the division at 80-80)... being chased by Crippling Depression (

there's a headline just waiting to be published).... my final games are against the 93-67 division winners in the NC East.... their final games are against the 57-103 last place team in our division

holding out hope that I can eek out a win (or they drop one), cause it's win or go home.... no wildcard coming out of this division.

edit: gah! One game left.... one game lead... here's hoping I can avoid the 1 game playoff for the division title.
