what "cosmetic" things are you doing???
I have "create fictional players" to add to the draft class but I do not like the fact that they (once drafted) do not sign a contract. Once drafted, they go right to the minor leagues. But it is the only thing I can do which give me any depth of quality in the draft. And the depth disappears quickly. My 63rd pick in the draft was a three star RP.

I had too many teams and created way too many players... I did not do the research first. Will keep looking for the "how to" guide that stealofhome mentioned in his thread.
