are you picthing around when walking so many?
hard to go 20-10 when all those bad things are 'always' happening
plus, lots of mediocre teams can have a good 30game stretch.
change what you are doing or change how you value players, if you can't win with good teams. play with 100% accuracy until you know what is a good player and a bad.. then when you turn inaccuracy back on, you can recognize bad scouting through resutls.
