Thanks NoOne, that gave me a few more areas to explore, and sure enough, I found a solution. I checked the relievers/position players settings under the "stats & AI" tab of the league settings. Despite having room for 35, my numbers were the same as the major league and added up to only 25 at the AAA/feeder levels where I was having the problem. After tinkering with that and simming ahead, everything looks to be on track. Woo hoo!
