And i do like the annoyance that it creates in OOTP. That's what it creates IRL. i would like to see news articles about teammates fighting or calling each other out in the media. And managers having to answere questions about team chemistry.
I don't mind the annoyance one bit. Like you said, there are plenty examples of clubhouse cancers and "25 players, 25 cabs" syndrome, some of which were on the greatest teams of all time.

What I hate is that you have to be Sherlock Holmes every time you get an instance of bad team morale in order to uncover who the cancer is. Like a real-life big league manager wouldn't know exactly who's causing problems in his clubhouse? Come on, that's bulldust.
