EDIT: Rookie league totals especially are like 6 times higher than actual totals in any given year.

Have no idea as I am using the numbers I found from BBR a few years ago and have not looked at the default numbers with v17.

One thing to remember though is the League Totals are a ratio and not hard numbers. They work fine if they are based on the number of games you play in a season. IE if you play a 162 game season and the totals are based on that your total will come out like mine above.

However you could base everything on a 100,000 ABs or 500,000 ABs as long as all other categories are done in a ratio based on the default numbers. Quick example..

my league's totals are set to produce a .266 batting average
44,522 hits / 167,353 ABs = .266

I could accomplish the same thing using 500,000 ABs as long as I put expected hits at 133,000.
133,000 hits / 500,000 ABs = .266

Or on a 100,000 ABs if hits were set to 26,600.

So it is possible the minor league totals are based off of a ratio and not the actual numbers but in the end should still produce the "right" amount of totals (as long as you ran auto calc) with a very small variation based on chance.
