Yeah, there's a point to be made that IRL if Joltin' Joe and Ted Williams had switched ballparks then both players' raw numbers would be even better than they are presently.
On a related note, one thing I'd really like to see (or maybe even do if I had the time) is get park adjustments (which I believe are now available for every season after 1930 or so at Seamheads.com), apply them to the ballparks, and then apply the park effects to all players. This is made a bit harder by the inclusion of historical minor leaguers (although in some ways it's an even bigger issue than the Polo Grounds being a HR haven to ensure that minor leaguers do not have their abilities unduly affected by playing in the High Desert League), and it's already full of all kinds of nooks and crannies, but the end result would much better for historical leagues, I think.
(also, this is another reason why I use fictional players)
