I like to do what I think I'd do in real life. I know it might sound crazy in this day and age, but if I like the job my manager is doing, I'm keeping him and trading the malcontent. If too many players have an issue with the manager, though, then I have to consider getting rid of him as obviously the players are tuning him out. It sounds like you like the job your manager is doing and Myers is the only who has a problem with him.
