I autoplayed for a week and when i return I hade a message about renewing the contract but nothing happend when i click the answer button (I don´t get the usual reject/accept options). I can´t renew my contact so when i moved on i got unemployed. This have happend many times when i get contract offers from other teams during the season but then i didnt see it as a problem because i didn´t want another job.
Are there any way to go back in time at the save so i can reload a day before the contract offer and maybe get the chanse to accept it?

Contract renewal for human GM's should be happening automatically now, without the need for negotiation. Did it actually make you unemployed at the start of the season, or have you advanced that far yet?
No, only if you'd saved under another name previously and have that save to go back
