Date to Execute/Void Option Years

Hi all, I'm playing as the Phillies in a Major League game that's run to 2015 and, as you can imagine, the previous GM's habit of giving huge contracts to vets is starting to bite.

I've already palmed off Rollins to the Nats and I had to trade Hamels to get myself any budget at all for extensions last year (I got Josh Reddick and 45 Home Runs coming the other way, though!) and am now in a situation where I have Ryan Howard making $25m a year to hit .230 in AAA and Cliff Lee making similar to sit on the DL.

Lee, however, has an option coming up at the end of 2015 which I am planning to pass on (tough call eh?). Can anyone let me know the date of the decision being put to me in the game as, without freeing up that money I only have $1m for extensions and will lose a few decent players to Free Agency.
