Do you guys mess with the Salary Settings or do you leave them at the default settings? If you do mess with them than what do you usually set them to? I really want to have contracts as realistic as possible.

I leave them alone for modern. Low ball them and then when they counter try the middle ground then try offering them 15-20% less. I resigned Konerko to a 3 yr 13 per deal with a no trade clause.
