You can re-import names to change the name database, but unfortunately that does not include nicknames.....once they are in a game there is no way of eradicating them......only option is to manually delete them, however they will continue to appear for new players.....you'll need to delete them every year......fortunately, there are not a lot of players that get them each year, so after the initial purge, the upkeep is not work intensive.....
PS. Anytime you apply a new patch, the game will overwrite all the files and you will need to reinstall them.....
