Heh, I just got victimized by this exact thing in an OOTP12 league as well. Are we *sure* this is the case? I know that the entire point of the 60 day DL is that the player in question isn't counted against the 40 man roster... so is the deal that if you have a guy tucked away on the DL, he's exempt from Rule V, or is it that he's considered to be on the roster even though he isn't on there? In the end it only cost me a 2.5 star pitcher (albeit a cost-controlled one) but if there is a bug here, what is it, exactly?
