Dear Reader,

I am new to OOTP and have spent maybe between 80 and 100 hours on the game, and I have a few suggestions. First off let me say the game is great and I'm getting the next version no matter what.

Improved Graphics - If it is possible actual stadiums would be nice. If it one day became similar to the simulation game "MLB Front Office Manager" it would destroy everything.
Scouting - I think the game would benefit from expansions in the scouting department. Maybe scouting individual players (for a cost), placing scouts, sinking money in certain states, only scout certain positions, hire MULTIPLE scouts, etc. It just seems a little bland for a section of the game which could lead to SO much more.
Development - It would be cool if you could move potential ratings. Not from 15 potential power to 20, but rather 5 potential power to eye. (While losing some points in the process of course, so people don't just load up on power and contact). This way you can make great hitters develop into good hitters with good eyes.
Interactive Owner - It would be nice to be able to ask your owner for certain things like an extra 300k for a 15M contract to go through or maybe a bigger recommended scouting budget. The budgets should not just rely on wins and losses.
