I would appreciate what was accomplished but what you're essentially asking is if I'd root for my team to get spanked and my answer to that is no.
Once it was all said and done I would appreciate what I just saw and clap for what he just accomplished but in no way would I root for it to happen.
If I'm not pitching the perfect game or someone I personally know I can't root against my team just to say I attended a perfect game.
Would it be cool to say I was there? Sure.
