I drafted a guy as a pitcher who never developed close to his pitching talent, but he had decent outfield ratings and OK batting. During a season where I had 3 outfielders injured, I brought him up as an outfield as an emergency measure and his hitting actually developed, so now he's my regular backup outfielder.
