Go to your saved games folder and copy the saved game in question folder to your My Documents or Documents folder or anywhere as long as it's outside of the Out of the Park Developments folder. Do a full uninstall of the game. Install the full version of the latest update of the game. Move the saved game in question folder back into the saved games folder of your fresh install.
It could also be that something got corrupted in the saved game folder itself, in which case you could be out of luck, but try this first and see if it does the trick.
