I suppose you mean the breaking up of the two leagues. Thanks, but this was only a minor problem IMO. Now that I think about it...

I think you've made an even more serious mistake in taking away the alternating row backgrounds. Yes, at first glance it sounds like you have a point that mouse-over highlighting is better and it is, but you should probably think getting rid of the alternating over again. How many times when you're glancing at something do you want to be mousing over it at the same time? I was just looking at my online leagues transaction log (for releases) and I thought, geez, this would be a serious pain in the ass if the alternating row colors weren't here. Something like the draft report where a lot of space separates the left and right rows would make it so difficult to read it wouldn't be worth even trying. Nih has an excellent point, when you're speed-reading the alternating row colors guide really helps you pick up info fast. When you're taking a long hard look at one row of data then yes, mouse-over highlighting is awesome, but when you're scanning a lot of data fast, even just a very slight change in the row background color makes it so much easier.

I can't say I care too much about the standings screen in particular, but I sure hope that for most stuff you keep the alternating row colors, even if they're only a very slight change in color. Don't get rid of the mouse-over effect (well, I'd consider changing it to a color that stands out more, the background or the text, like spreadsheets do it), but keep the alternating background colors.

Here's an idea, program in a different color id for the alternating rows and if you really want to have no difference in your default then have both ids that same color. Then for those of us who really want alternating row colors we can just change the color associated with one of the ids. Problem solved and everyone's happy!
