I have done that.
It's more the stuff like hard coded pbp, facegen creating pictures when you don't really want them, not being able to import a different name file for each league in a universe.
Also, I have some programming experience, so I know it wouldn't be "easy" as such to add features, but it would take no more work than adding some of the other features.
