Actually, the factors on the site aren't correct. They've been updated for the 1929 season - the Braves, like most teams went up (I believe they're now around 50), while some of the extreme high (like the Browns) have come back closer to the pack. This is due to teams in the late 20s beginning to tailor their parks (and their game strategies) towards the long ball.
