To answer the OP, especially if you run a draft but even if you don't you can get out of a dynasty just by waiting. Eventually the weight of lower picks and so on will be too much for the existing squad of players. Even if they only "drop" to 2nd place, that's far enough to end the dynasty.
If you wanted to break them up immediately I guess you could say that the owner sold the team and the new guy decided to run them on the cheap. Go in and trade off all their salary and see how they do.
