Hello All,

I am excited to get my first OOTP 2007 league started. I am going to run a fictional league with these stats:

24 teams (2 leagues, 3 divisions each)
3 levels of Minors (A to AAA)
120 game schedule

Any recommendations on how many rounds I should make the annual rookie draft? I haven't seen any formulae that I can make use of.
