Most of the totals depends on your AB setting. And changing BABIP also changes one's hits totals.
EDIT: I removed "In most cases even "about" wouldn't end up being true." because it's just that it really depends on your AB and if you don't use an AB that is close to what you'll see in your league then you won't see the other totals being close either.

Just for clarification purposes, from your blog it sounds like that would be "up to and including". As you also mention in it, though, there are intuitive modifiers in the new game.
