I'm afraid you're probably screwed. Someone might have an idea, but I doubt it. Even if you could add a loss to that team, is that team's players' stats counted for that game? If not, you'd probably want to fix those too. And if you added another game to their schedule and managed them to a loss then the winner would have an extra win. Pierre might have a utility that will fix things for you, but if he does I don't know about it.
I will suggest, however, that you read and do some of things at:

I would at the very least do steps 2,3,4,8 (but the windows defragger is fine IMO), and 9. 1 and 11 are good to see how much of an impact all the changes had, but I don't bother with them. Then, when you're done, praise Fidel for putting together that great list giving you a few more years of not having to buy a new computer.
