Okay, first take a breath.

I know how frustrating these things can be. I was having problems with the Elicense thing and had to email support. It took about 6 hours for them to get back to me. That's not terribly long in email customer support world.

It turns out that when I wrote down my Order ID I only wrote down the number and forgot that it must be preceeded by VT-

Are you sure you're entering the whole number? Anyway, hang in there. They will eventually email you back.
