I had that exact same feeling, too. My fiancee and I were up watching the game and once I saw it was bases loaded and Giambi up, I turned off the TV and started to head up to bed. She asked me why I did that. I told her "Giambi's gonna do one of two things: either (a) hit a grand slam like he did in the 14th inning against Minnesota in 2002, or (b) he's gonna strike out and end the game. And with the way he's been hitting, there's no way in hell he's hitting a grand slam, so I'm going with the strike out." She turned the TV back on just in time to see strike three, then promptly turned the TV back off and followed me to bed.

Can't complain about 10 in a row before that, though... time to start another 10-game winning streak.
