I do this exact thing, and use the following weights:
Contact - 8
Power - 9
Gap - 5
Eye - 8
Avoid K's - 3
Stuff - 10
Movement - 8
Control - 8
Weighing speed, defense and endurance tends to throw the whole thing off because they are so position-specific. I tend to just take a look at those once I've narrowed the field down to the top candidates based on the above numbers.
