If you wanted to join an online league and there were 2 that you liked the best and they were exactly the same in every conceivable way except A had incentives while B did not, which would you choose, and why?

Also, what leagues (preferrably with links) do you know of have incentives? If you have been or are in the league in your opinion have they helped or hurt that league, and why?
