Game Won't Start

Just installed the new patch and attempted to start a new season. Gets to 100% on installing logos and just sits there and never continues. Am running as administrator.

Game Crashes

Installed current patch and start game. When I hit play game it crashes to desktop. Both on team home screen and on scheduled day.
