Looking for a New Orleans ballpark

I am looking for a ballpark for an expansion New Orleans team. Would prefer an outdoor stadium. I dont know how to make stadiums. Help.

yes, the world.dat file has 0 data in it. Even in both locations in the saves files. I made many copies to see if throwing in other saves files can work to see if it overrides but it does not.

That did not work. I think it’s due to world.dat...

That did not work. I think it’s due to world.dat having 0 data scored. All other files have data in it. Could copying another world.dat file work?
