as someone who manages his minor league system, I think it is very tedious work to cut down the spring training roster from 60 to 26 by single-handedly moving every player back to the level he came...

exiting and restarting the game helps. after you import the two files, save the game and exit ootp.
after reloading the savegame, all flags are correctly linked again.

The overall ratings for pitchers take a sharp decline after about 3 years.

I'd really like to have the option to switch off scouting reports flooding the mail inbox. I do a lot of manual scouting and its very tiring to have about 10 scouting messages popping up every day...

I know the rules - a player must not have received a qualifying offer yet in order to be eligible to a QO/compensation.

I just finished my second season with the Pirates.

The current real life Top100 prospects according to mlb.com are of the following ages:

16 years: 0
17 years: 1
18 years: 5
19 years: 14
