I had a similar issue with a CPU controlled promotion from the international complex to my DSL team. The CPU promoted the player at age 17; however, my DSL league has an age minimum of 18.

Missing Player Development History

Hi,

Player rating changes are not logged in the History—>Ratings tab. This makes it difficult to monitor player development. Is this a known bug that will be addressed?
