Does anyone know where the data that indicates if a "personnel" (staff, mgr, coaches) is located? I can't find it in coaches.csv, which seemed to be the most likely location.

One small update. One A ball franchise reached 200 players (!!!) at that point, MiL deals DID show up in the DFA list. Clearly, not a workable solve, just more data.
