Logged in as normal. Opened a pack. Got open pack screen with no cards visible. No other buttons available. Closed game. Reopened game. Try logging in again. Get "Could not connect. Please retry"...

"Tanking" is only cheating when you tank vs some teams and not others. Personally I don't think this is any more cheating than someone spending 5 grand and buying every historical 100 card.
