Entire Team Deactivated

So I just logged into one my secondary teams and the roster screen was blank.I tried to activate all the cards just as the SIM ended. The game played with 9 random iron and bronze players and my entire team has to wait 14 games to re-activate. Never seen this happen before and I've been with PT since day1 in 19.

This happened to me last week and again today. Getting a tad frustrated.
