Does the Text to Speech work in OS X Version?

Running OOTP19 on Mac OS X and cannot get the text to speech to work on pbp. Game sounds work but no text to speech. Does this only work on Windows version?

Thanks for the reply. The All Star Voting is in Red on the menu and I cast my ballot so figured it was the issue but it still did not go away. Guess it stays until all ballots are cast.... New to OOP...

I imported a Historical League from OOP18 and now have a "!" in a white box above the MLB and drop down menu "V" on my screen. Everything seems to be working find but cannot figure out what this...
