OOTP20 Tablet or iPad

Does anyone know if you can install OOTP20 on a Tablet or iPad? If so, can you use the authorization key that I used on my desktop, or would I need to purchase again?

I decided to re-install OOTP20 and it solved my problem.

Have no reason what happened when I installed the update, but for now I am back to square one.
